WALIPP Senior Residence is able to offer most of its units at reduced rents. Market rents are available for the remainder of the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

- Previous housing references
- Valid contact information
- Application fee ($35)
To quality for reduced rates, monthly gross income must be three times the cost of WALIPP Senior Residence rent. Proof of income will be required.
